1. No Cancellation Policy:

• Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not permitted. We encourage users to carefully review the course details and ensure their commitment before making a purchase.

2. No Return Policy:

• IFIE does not entertain returns for online courses. All course purchases are considered final. Be sure to assess the course information, including syllabus, requirements, and any available previews before completing your purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties preventing access to the course material, a refund may be processed after thorough verification.
  • Course Unavailability: If a course becomes unavailable or discontinued after purchase, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Request Process:

• To request a refund, users must contact IFIE Support within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Refund requests must include detailed information about the issue, along with any relevant documentation supporting the claim.

5. Refund Processing:

• Refund processing may take up to 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Change of Mind: IFIE does not refund purchases due to a change of mind or personal circumstances.
  • Failure to Meet Course Requirements: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they meet the course prerequisites and requirements.

7. Technical Requirements:

• Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements necessary for accessing and completing the online courses. IFIE is not liable for any technical issues arising from the user’s equipment or internet connectivity.

8. Course Modifications:

• IFIE reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses without prior notice. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed as mentioned in the Refund Eligibility section.
